The sun comes up very early here, and the nights are long .... So I have decided that a "Noon Siesta" is a way to break up the day every now and then! The beach is as beautiful as ever!

Yes, isn't it nice that you can take a "lunch break" at the beach. What a way to spend down time....sitting on a beach, looking out into the ocean -- watching the tides roll in and out, looking at birds, boats, people etc. Absolutely wonderful lunch break! How lucky you truly are.
